Please join us for a mid-week break to unwind and prioritize your well-being with our Weekly Wellness Event! In honor of World Sleep Awareness Month this March, today’s theme is “Prioritizing Rest for a Healthier Mind and Body.” Sleep is a crucial part of our overall wellness, and taking time to focus on our sleep habits can lead to improved health, mental clarity, and productivity. During this event, we will explore the importance of quality sleep and how it impacts both your academic performance and personal well-being.

Here’s what to expect at these events:

  • Wellness Activities: Engage in mindfulness practices, stress-relief exercises, and relaxation techniques to promote a restful mind and body.
  • Therapy Dogs: Cuddle up with our furry friends for a dose of comfort and joy.
  • Wellness Resources: Explore educational materials on sleep hygiene and pick up free resources to help you get the rest you need.
  • Self-Care Giveaways: Pick up some treats to help you relax, unwind, and prioritize your sleep.

These weekly workshops are the perfect opportunity to step away from your busy schedule, connect with fellow students, and foster a sense of community here at MCC. We hope to see you there!
